United Methodist Women is a community of women who nurture
and encourage one another in their spiritual growth, personal leadership and transformation.
As a member, you accept the challenge to expand concepts of mission.
The organized unit of UNITED METHODIST WOMEN shall be a
community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God,
and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ;
to develop a creative, supportive fellowship;
and to expand concepts of mission through
participation in the global ministries of the church.
ABOUT OUR UMW
All Circles meet together for the GENERAL MEETING which is held on the first Wednesday of the month
at 11:30 a.m. for a luncheon, business meeting and program
in Fellowship Hall during the months of January, February, March,
May, October and November.
In order to accommodate the schedules of our members,
we have evening meetings in April and September,
and two Saturday meetings
(June and December) are held by the General Unit.
